“We recommend storing our whipped body butter’s in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight”

Why has my whipped body butter arrived slightly melted/ why is my whipped body butter melting?
“Our whipped body butters are made up of natural ingredients that have a melting temperature point. Due to its natural state, our whipped body butters may arrive slightly melted if you live in a warmer climate or if it’s the summer time. Although you can still use your whipped body butter in a slightly melted state, please refrigerate to re-solidify if your whipped body butter has turned into more of a liquid than a solid (very rare case)”
