Final Sale Policy:

All sales are final! We do not offer refunds or returns on any product.

Damaged or Defective Products:

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace it.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must meet the following conditions:**

  • You must notify us of the damage or defect by sending an email to contact@mewskin.com within **24 hours** of the delivery date.
  • Your email must include the following information:
    • Your order number
    •  A clear description of the damage or defect
    • Photographic evidence of the damage, including the product and packaging.
    • The damaged or defective product must be unused 

    Review Process:

    Once we receive your email, we will review your claim. We may request additional information or clarification. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your request.

    Replacement Process:

    If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the replacement has been dispatched.

    Exclusions:

    • This policy does not cover damage resulting from:
      • Improper use or handling of the product 
      • Normal wear and tear
      • Damage caused by third parties or external factors 
      • Any claims made after 24 hours of the delivery date

    Shipping Costs for Replacements: We will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement given that the product arrives to you damaged and/ broken.

    Lost or Stolen Packages: Mewskin shall not be held responsible for items that lost or stolen items once they have been successfully delivered to the mailing address provided during the ordering process.
